Live Beautifully

For more than two decades, Annie Santulli has been redefining luxury living from Palm Beach to Park City with her unmistakable signature: bold color, sculptural silhouettes, and interiors that whisper effortless sophistication while still brimming with personality. Her work spans waterfront estates, sky-high penthouses, and custom yachts. Each project is a study in balance: dramatic yet welcoming, refined yet playful, chic yet endlessly livable.

Clients return to Annie for one simple reason, she understands how they want to live. She creates homes that look impeccably tailored yet feel utterly comfortable. Textures are layered with the precision of a seasoned fashion editor and she chooses statement pieces with a curator’s eye. Whether she’s placing a sumptuous custom sofa in a great room or selecting art that makes guests pause mid-conversation, Annie designs spaces with life, movement, and intention.

Annie Santulli Design recently transformed a spacious Palm Beach Gardens residence into a gallery-level home where art, architecture, and luxury finishings coexist in perfect harmony. The clients’ extensive, deeply personal art collection served as the guiding force for every material, spatial, and lighting decision.

The living room centers around a commanding 14-foot oil on linen by Brian Rutenberg—Meadow—which sets a confident chromatic tone for the home. Crisp white walls, a streamlined white sofa, Lucite side tables, and a tonal rug create an unobtrusive canvas that allows the artwork to lead.

In the kitchen, craftsmanship becomes its own form of artistry. A custom hand-blown pendant from Czech lighting studio Bomma that’s stands nearly three feet tall. And serves as an illuminated focal point, hovering like a suspended droplet of light. The entirely reimagined kitchen features quartzite surfaces, high-gloss white cabinetry by Artistry Woodworking, and illuminated glass display cabinets showcasing curated objets that echo the clients’ overall collection. Lisa Jarvis hardware adds a refined finishing touch.

Throughout the home, furniture selections follow a sculptural, cohesive rhythm while allowing each artwork its own presence. A custom hand-painted Italian credenza grounds the family room, blending Old-World craftsmanship with contemporary restraint.

Architectural enhancements, including new glass banisters along the staircase and second-floor catwalk, reinforce the home’s airy, gallery-like aesthetic. Overhead fixtures from Hammerton were chosen for their sculptural integrity and their ability to cast nuanced, atmospheric light across each piece. Warmth and depth come through deliberate layering: Philip Jeffries wallcoverings add subtle dimension, custom drapery softens natural light, and bespoke bedding completes the private rooms with quiet luxury.

Every detail was considered, curated, and placed with intention. The result is a home that not only celebrates extraordinary art but becomes a work of art itself. It is elegant, inviting, and a beautifully balanced reflection of Annie Santulli’s refined design sensibility.
